On Tuesday, October 3 at 6pm, our own Chef Moira Murray and Fawn’s Chef Natalie Rosen are combining their passion for local produce to create a five-course menu featuring the best of the season. Recently ranked #7 and #9 on Canada’s Best New Restaurants list, Fawn and Peacock promise to deliver an unforgettable collab that you won’t want to miss!

Begin the evening at BKS, Muir’s luxurious speakeasy, with cocktails and canapés before settling in for dinner in our cozy nest. Using beloved local ingredients, Chefs Moira and Natalie are crafting dishes to reflect their unique-yet-cohesive cooking styles while bringing a taste of summer into the fall. From salmon with sea buckthorn to ashed cavatelli and charcoal honey, these offerings are bound to impress. Plus, opt in for our $70 wine pairing to round out your evening.
